Short One Today

Here's a pic of my now old house:

Pretty basic, didn't screencap the interior, as its just carved out stone rooms and chests :\

And the reason I say my 'old' house is because I recently found a new, awesome site for a glass tower, sitting over a small lavafall and enclosed in a natural ring mountain!

Unfortunatley I can't provide pics just yet, as the SMP server I play on is down for upgrades to 1.4, also the tower is just in very early stages, and is little more than a dirt shack right now.

Seems like my blog is turning into a MW2 / Minecraft blog isn't it? Not that I consider that a bad thing, both are awesome games!

I'm Back!

Been a while since my last post, hung up with all sorts of crap, but I'm back now!

So a couple days ago I put down my pickaxe and decided to play Modern Warfare 2 again. Needless to say, I was rusty as hell, having not played for almost three months now, all thanks to MINECRAFT!! XD
But I think I did alright:

1:1 ratio. Not bad :)

Then I played a few more matches, and managed to keep a 1:1 ratio. Good enough I guess :) but I think I was lagging a bit too.

Oh just remembered, need to post pics of my Minecraft adventures in the next post. Until then, bye!

First Post

Well, this is my first ever blog post.
What does one write about in a blog? Well since mine is titled 'The Adventures of Me' then maybe I should talk about my 'adventures'.

What kind of adventure? Anything I guess. Today I'll talk about Minecraft :)
Putting the finishing touches to my crappy house carved out of a hill. Really wish I had built it from scratch, because like most hills, they like stretching for miles without stopping. Maybe I'll just leave it as storage and/or a farm and build a tower, or something.

Just realised probably most of you (if anyone even reads this) don't even know what Minecraft is. It's hard to explain actually, basically you wake up on an island and start building stuff, then at night, enemies (called mobs, pronouced mobes) come out and try to kill you. Charming.
You probably still have no idea what Minecraft is about, but I do highly recommend it if you're looking for time to kill, because once you get into it, the time just flies past :)
